National Police Racism is a new active and influential organisation dedicated to eliminating racism within the Police Service.
We aim to do this by providing a unique support network to victims of institutional police racism, by challenging those who promote racial disharmony, by educating and enlightening, by collecting data, by breaking down barriers, by bringing staff together, by holding conferences, by preparing case studies through research, by naming and shaming police forces which do not deal with racism effectively, and by exposing cases of racism and corrupt practices.
National Police Racism was developed to tackle the high levels of perceived discrimination felt amongst black and minority ethnic staff within the Police Service and amongst the BME community.
